Both bedrooms have Queen size beds, R/C A/C, ceiling fans, reading lights.
One bedroom has ensuite (shower & toilet).
Second Bedroom has main bathroom (spa bath) next door $100/night any night.
Double sofabed in western sunroom $80 first night $40 thereafter.
 
Tariff for
One week - $1260 7 days
Weekend  - $275 per night - minimum 2 nights
Midweek  - $180 per night - multiple nights
              - $250 Single night

Rates are based on one bedroom/one couple/night.
